Central Carroll Recreation Council (CCRC) is an organization of volunteers who operate in cooperation with the Carroll County (Maryland) Department of Recreation & Parks to provide recreation opportunities in the Finksburg, Westminster, and surrounding area.

New Programs interested in requesting affiliation with the Central Carroll Recreation Council (CCRC) are required to complete this form. Once completed, please email the form to our Community Coordinator Rep, Steven Krouse (SKKROUS@carrollk12.org) and/or Council President, Robert Freter (rfreter@comcast.net). Robert and/or Steve will contact you directly to coordinate a presentation to the Council.
